What is RACV Complete Care Motor Insurance?

RACV Complete Care Motor Insurance is a premium motor insurance policy distributed to members of the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Ltd, by RACV Insurance Services Pty Ltd (ABN 74 004 131 800, AFS Licence No. 230039).

This policy goes beyond standard comprehensive cover — it includes all core benefits plus a suite of additional claim benefits, making it the ideal choice for mature drivers who value reliability, simplicity, and complete protection.

Your policy is governed by your current Certificate of Insurance and this Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Booklet (PDS), prepared on 2 August 2022, together with any applicable Supplementary PDS (SPDS).

What Your Policy Covers

Your RACV Complete Care Motor Insurance policy covers your motor vehicle as listed on your current Certificate of Insurance. Throughout the policy documents, this is referred to as 'your vehicle'.

Cover applies to incidents that occur during the period of insurance set out on your current Certificate of Insurance. It's important to keep your Certificate of Insurance in a safe place, as it confirms the specific details of your cover.

Your policy is made up of three key documents:

  • Your current Certificate of Insurance
  • This Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Booklet (PDS), prepared on 2 August 2022
  • Any applicable Supplementary PDS (SPDS), such as SPDS Edition 2 dated 10 October 2023

Complete Care Motor Insurance provides all of the standard benefits described in the PDS, plus additional benefits that apply when we agree to pay your claim. Please read all documents carefully to understand the full extent of your cover, including any exclusions, terms and conditions.

Complete Care Motor Insurance includes all the benefits of standard Comprehensive Motor Insurance, plus a range of additional benefits that apply when we agree to pay your claim. These additional benefits are described on pages 11–15 of the PDS and provide an elevated level of support and protection beyond the core policy.
